Álvaro Martínez Hernández has been in the safety and health industry since 2018. Álvaro began their career at Gráfica Gonçalves as an Inspector SHE. In 2020, they moved to Bureau Veritas México as an Auxiliar HSE & Safety Officer (BlackRock Account). In 2022, they joined VitalCheck Wellness as a Health & Safety Specialist - BlackRock Account.

Álvaro Martínez Hernández attended UAM Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana from 2013 to 2018, graduating with a degree in Ingeniería Ambiental and the title of Ingeniero Ambiental.
