Xilin Zhang

Xilin Zhang has over 20 years of experience in operations, project management, and business change capability. In 2021, they were recruited to UNI.DIAMONDS - IN DIAMONDS WE TRUST as Head of Business Operations to design, manage, and streamline B2B processes and operation strategy on sales, fulfilment, tech, finance, training, and customer experience. Xilin also steered digital transformation as UNI launched an innovative industry-leading one-stop online marketplace. From 2017 to 2021, they were the Owner & CEO of ZXL Corporation, a national leading brand home care agency, where they provided operational leadership, financial management, technology, and patient experience. From 2006 to 2017, they were with Bank of America in various roles, including SVP, Operations Project Management, VP, Senior Audit Manager, VP, Senior Business Change Capability Consultant, and Quality & Productivity Engineer. Prior to Bank of America, they were with GE from 2001 to 2006, where they held roles as Six Sigma Black Belt and Operations Management Leadership Program. Xilin is currently Vice President Operations at VitalCheck Wellness.

Xilin Zhang has an MBA in Supply Chain & Operations Management from Penn State University and a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Xilin also has certifications from various institutions, including a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Bank of America (obtained in December 2008), a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a Corrective Exercise Specialization (CES) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor from the American Red Cross, a Nutrition and Healthy Living Certificate from Cornell University, and a Scrum Master from LearnQuest.
