Shammie Felps

Shammie Felps has had a diverse work experience. Shammie currently serves as the President of Nursing Services at VitalCore Health Strategies, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at VitalCore Health Strategies as a UM Coordinator starting from November 2018. Additionally, Shammie has experience as the Co-Owner and Founder of Sunflower Prompt Care LLC since June 2007, where they are responsible for the management and operations of both Sunflower Prompt Care and Sunflower Primary Care.

Shammie Felps has a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Baker University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002. Shammie also holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership degree from Baker University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in 2018, including Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership, Leading and Working in Teams, and Learning from Failure.
