Traci Coleman LPCMH, CCHP-MH has extensive work experience in the field of behavioral health. Traci currently serves as the Director of Behavioral Health at VitalCore Health Strategies. Prior to this role, Traci worked as the Director of Behavioral Health at Sussex Correctional Institution and Community Corrections Center for three years. Traci also held the position of Mental Health Director at Connections CSP for seven years. Traci began their career as a Mental Health Clinical Supervisor at Sussex Correctional Institution. Overall, Traci's work experience spans over a decade and encompasses various leadership roles in the mental health field.

Traci Coleman LPCMH, CCHP-MH completed their Master's degree in Community Counseling from Wilmington University from 2003 to 2009.
