Lisa Riley

Lisa Riley is the current VP Sales and Strategy at VitalHub. Lisa has over fifteen years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on change management, coaching, training, and program management. Prior to their current role, they served as the Director of Strategy and Partnerships at Transforming Systems Ltd from January 2020 to December 2020. In this role, Lisa was responsible for the strategic business development needs of the organisation to drive forward growth and maturity, as well as managing the partnerships team with the development and deployment of specialist modules designed to support Health and Social Care systems across the NHS.

From June 2018 to January 2020, Lisa served as the Interim Chief Operating Officer at Transforming Systems. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company through a period of transition and growth. Additionally, they oversaw the company's sales growth and played a key role in developing and implementing new strategies.

Before their role at Transforming Systems, Lisa served as an Associate Improvement Manager (ECIST) at NHS Improvement from October 2016 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for supporting the delivery of improvement programs across England. Additionally, they provided coaching and training to staff in improvement methodology.

Lisa has also served as a Board Trustee for Medway Voluntary Action, a non-profit organisation that supports volunteers in the Medway area of England. In this role, they were responsible for providing advice and guidance on strategic planning and direction.

Lisa Riley has a background in nursing and quality improvement. Lisa has a BSc in Community Specialist Practice from Canterbury Christ Church University, and an MA in Professional Practice in Health & Social Care from the University of Greenwich. Lisa is also a Prince 2 Practitioner, and has experience in nurse prescribing and district nursing.
