Tracy Stross, MBA, BSN, RN

Tracy Stross, MBA, BSN, RN has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tracy began their career as a Registered Nurse at Cleveland Clinic, where they worked in the Neurology Institute's ICU and Neuro Step-Down units for over 13 years. Additionally, they provided pre and post-operative care to patients at the Strongsville campus Outpatient Surgery Center on a per diem basis.

After their tenure at Cleveland Clinic, Tracy transitioned into a role as a Care Coordination Manager at ERC Health Academy. Tracy then moved on to become the Director of Clinical Consulting at The Barney Advisory Group, where they worked for four years.

Tracy joined Anthem, Inc. as a Care Consultant, Sr. for the Enhanced Personal Health Care Program, and later became a Territory Sales Manager at IRRAS AB. In this role, they successfully managed business development for net new and partner hospitals across several states.

Most recently, Tracy worked at Q-Centrix, where they held various positions including Business Development Representative and Strategic Growth Manager. In these roles, Tracy drove the sales and expansion of Q-Centrix's solutions, cultivating relationships with hospital executives and generating substantial revenue.

Tracy's most recent position is the Director of Business Development at Vitalief Inc., where they are responsible for driving the company's growth and developing strategic partnerships.

Tracy Stross, MBA, BSN, RN completed their education within the field of healthcare administration and nursing science. From 2015 to 2016, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Baldwin Wallace University. Prior to that, Tracy earned their Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from Kent State University between 1993 and 1997.
