Esther Hofstede

Esther Hofstede is a seasoned social impact expert with extensive experience in employee volunteering and community engagement. Currently serving as a Social Impact Expert for Good Busy since January 2021 and as the Coordinator of Corporate Volunteering & Partnerships at Vitalis WoonZorg Groep since November 2023, Esther focuses on enhancing the well-being of older adults through meaningful volunteer experiences. Esther's background includes founding and directing multiple initiatives such as Samen voor Eindhoven and Samen voor Zeist, contributing to a stronger society by bridging the gap between businesses and non-profits. With a Master of Science in Organization & Policy Sociology from the University of Amsterdam and additional qualifications in Business Development & Innovation, Esther combines academic expertise with hands-on leadership across various organizations.
