Frank van Kommer

Frank Van Kommer possesses extensive experience in oversight and governance roles within various organizations. Currently serving as a member of the Supervisory Board and Financial Committee for ROC Midden Nederland since September 2023, and a member of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee for Alliade since June 2023. Frank is also a member of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee at Vitalis WoonZorg Groep, and the Supervisory Board with a focus on finance and real estate at ZZG zorggroep, both since June 2021. Additionally, Frank holds the position of Chairperson at Stichting Natuurlijk Otterlo since April 2022. Previously, Frank was a Partner and Public Sector Advisor at PWC from July 1987 to March 2021 and served on the Supervisory Board for KION Kinderopvang from January 2002 to December 2006. Frank's educational background includes degrees in Economics and Taxation from Erasmus University Rotterdam, Federation of Tax Advisors, and HEAO Arnhem.
