Mike Wayman has been Vitality Medical’s Customer Service Manager since 2020. He comes to us with over 20 years of experience in the customer service industry and over 10 years of operational management. His passion for people and leadership ensures a best-in-class customer experience. Mike is an excellent team-builder which ensures that our customers receive prompt and professional service.

Prior to joining Vitality Medical, Mike has worked with many large-scale call centers and spent a decade working for a Fortune 500 company. In his last position, Mike oversaw dozens of supervisors and hundreds of agents while providing operational direction for a government contract. He has held several leadership positions during his career including being a customer service manager and operations manager.

Mike has 7 children and can often be found cheering them on at sporting events, or coaching them through various activities. In his free time, Mike enjoys boating, playing softball, bowling, and spending time with his family.
