Tina Kramer

Tina Kramer has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Tina currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Vitality Senior Services, LLC since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Signature Healthcare LLC as a Regional Human Resources Consultant from July 2018 to October 2022. In this role, Tina was responsible for various HR functions including strategic management, recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation, risk management, and labor relations.

Before joining Signature Healthcare LLC, Tina had a long tenure at Signature Healthcare, where they held multiple roles. From May 2016 to July 2018, they served as the Director of Organizational Development. Prior to that, from November 2014 to May 2016, they worked as an HR Generalist at the corporate office. In this role, Tina managed HR policies and procedures, employee relations, training, compensation and benefits, organizational development, labor relations, HRIS, recruiting, and retention.

Tina's career at Signature Healthcare began in June 2005, where they started as a Human Resources Director. In this role, they implemented various HR systems including recruitment, benefits administration, stakeholder relations, and compliance with laws. Additionally, Tina served as a mentor for department supervisors on HR issues and programs.
