Ashley McMillan

Ashley McMillan is an experienced professional in the field of risk strategy and actuarial consulting. Currently serving as Group Head of Risk Strategy at Vitality since November 2023, Ashley previously held multiple roles at Willis Towers Watson from May 2009 to November 2023, including Director and Actuarial Consultant, with a notable secondment to Turkey. Prior to that, Ashley worked as an Actuarial Analyst at NFU Mutual from October 2007 to April 2009. Ashley earned a degree in Actuarial Mathematics and Statistics from Heriot-Watt University between 2002 and 2007.
