Bianca Grotepass

Bianca Grotepass serves as the Chief of Staff to the Group CEO at Vitality since January 2017, responsible for coordinating executive meetings and strategy sessions. Previously, Bianca held the position of Head of Healthcare Strategy, focusing on delivering strategic healthcare cost improvements and collaborating with stakeholders to innovate care solutions. Bianca's career began as an R&D Actuary at VitalityHealth, engaging in detailed research and actuarial analyses. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Healthcare Actuary at Discovery Health and an Actuarial Specialist at Old Mutual, developing insurance products for various markets. Bianca holds a Master's degree with Distinction in Healthcare Data from the University of Cambridge and is an active member of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and the Actuarial Society of South Africa, having earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Actuarial Science from Stellenbosch University.
