Kirsty Leece

Kirsty Leece is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and actuarial consulting. Currently serving as the Group Chief Risk Officer and Deputy CRO at Vitality since February 2021, Kirsty has previously held the role of Actuarial Consultant at Willis Towers Watson from July 2005 to February 2021 and worked in Corporate Finance at Deutsche Bank from 2001 to 2005. Kirsty holds a Fellowship from the Faculty and Institute of Actuaries and is a Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Economics from The University of Edinburgh, obtained in 2001.
