Lydia Harris ChPP MAPM is an experienced professional currently serving as a Governor at Autism Unlimited since January 2024, where responsibilities include setting the strategic direction of the school and overseeing financial performance. As the Head of Engineering at Vitality since May 2019, Lydia leads teams to enhance servicing experiences for members, previously holding roles as a Software Engineering Manager and Senior Project Manager, notably leading major strategic projects that evolved Vitality’s digital care experiences.
