Rebecca Matthews

Rebecca Matthews is an experienced tax professional with a robust background in group tax management and compliance. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Group Tax at Vitality since July 2018, Rebecca has successfully led numerous initiatives, including refinancing, tax recovery litigation, and the development of financial systems. Previous roles include Acting Group Tax Manager at LUSH and Associate Director at RSM UK, alongside significant experience at McCarthy & Stone and in consulting positions at PwC. Rebecca's career began as a Trainee Chartered Accountant at HWB Accountants and offers a solid foundation in finance from the University of Plymouth, complemented by membership in the ICAEW.
