Patti Ruh

Patti Ruh, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and legal support, currently serving as Head of People Operations at Vitality Group Inc. since October 2012. In this role, Patti oversees HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, training management, and compliance with legal requirements. Previously, Patti held positions as a Legal & H.R. Assistant at Goschi & Goschi, Ltd., and as a Paralegal at Daley Mohan Groble, P.C., where responsibilities included trial preparation, case management, and client liaison. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration from Western Illinois University and an Associate's degree in Arts from Moraine Valley Community College.
