Taylor Maloney has a diverse work experience. They started as a Sales Intern at Mamava, Inc. in May 2018, where they updated and vetted data in the CRM database and assisted in evaluating the sales pipeline. In January 2019, they became a Mobile Application Intern at the same company. They then transitioned to a role as a Public Venues Account Executive, responsible for managing CRM activity and developing relationships with customers. In June 2019, they joined Siemens Healthineers as an Inside Sales Executive, where they managed channels, implemented go-to-market initiatives, and fostered relationships with a client base of 110 laboratory, hospitals, and clinicians. Taylor Maloney attended Chatham High School from 2011 to 2015. After high school, they enrolled at Gettysburg College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organization and Management Studies and Women Gender Sexuality Studies. Taylor completed their undergraduate studies at Gettysburg College from 2015 to 2019.

In 2017, Taylor also participated in a program through CIEE in Seville, Spain, focusing on Spanish and Cultural Engagement.

Furthermore, Taylor has obtained several certifications. In May 2021, they became Conversational Marketing Certified and Conversational Sales Certified through Drift. In February 2022, they obtained the Playbook Basics Certification, also from Drift.
