Britt McDermitt

Britt McDermitt has extensive experience in client success and account management roles. Britt is currently working as a Regional Director of Client Success at VitalSource since April 2021. Before that, they worked as a Client Success Manager at Akademos, Inc. from September 2018 to May 2021, where they led the implementation and launch of online bookstores for colleges and universities. Prior to that, they were a Client Success Manager at Firegang Dental Marketing from April 2017 to September 2018. Britt also worked as a Senior Learning Technology Representative at McGraw-Hill Education from May 2014 to April 2017. In addition, Britt has experience as an Account Executive at Interior Logistics from November 2013 to May 2014 and as a Learning Product Representative at Pearson North America from August 2010 to November 2013.

Britt McDermitt obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a major in Marketing from Oklahoma Wesleyan University from 2005 to 2009.
