Jeff Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, sales, and education. Currently serving as the Senior Customer Success Manager at VitalSource Technologies since November 2015, Jeff manages the Healthcare business segment and supports e-textbook and digital learning solutions for various educational stakeholders. Prior to this role, Jeff worked as an Instructor in Math and Science at Independent Prep Schools, where curriculum design and strategic lesson planning enhanced student engagement. Jeff has held significant positions in sales and business development at companies such as Sportvision, The Walt Disney Company, The Weather Channel, Time Warner Inc., and FIND/SVP, Inc. Jeff Williams holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Purdue University.
