Sarika Jain

Sarika Jain is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner - International at VitalSource since July 2023, Sarika has previously held positions such as Senior Human Resources Advisor at Novartis and Gyroscope Therapeutics, alongside roles at Bristol Laboratories Ltd., HDFC Bank, and Wipro. Sarika began a career in human resources at OM Consultancy as a Human Resources Recruiter. Academic qualifications include an MBA in HR and Marketing from Burdwan University and a BBA from the Bengal College of Engineering and Technology. Sarika also holds an Associate CIPD designation.
