Caroline Hurd is a seasoned hospice physician currently serving at Housecall Providers since September 2024. Hurd holds multiple prestigious roles within VitalTalk, including Distinguished Faculty and Senior Faculty since September 2014, and has been involved with the University of Washington as a Clinical Assistant Professor and Founder and Co-Director of the Graduate Certificate in Palliative Care since June 2011. Additionally, Hurd has held attending physician positions at Harborview Medical Center and the University of Washington Medical Center, along with experience as a Regional Palliative Care Educator at Providence Health & Services from September 2019 to December 2021. Hurd's educational background includes a Palliative Medicine Fellowship and an Internal Medicine Residency from the University of Washington, as well as a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of California, San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Santa Clara University.
