Julie Cooper is an accomplished clinical educator and emergency medicine physician with extensive experience in academia and healthcare. Currently serving as an Associate Professor of Clinical Emergency Medicine at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, Julie has also held distinguished roles at VitalTalk since 2017 and previously contributed to Sidney Kimmel Medical College as a Clinical Associate and Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine until December 2023. Julie's practical experience includes a decade as an Emergency Medicine Physician at both Christiana Care Health System and Doctors for Emergency Services. Additionally, Julie served as a Senior Advisor for Clinical Operations at the Wellness and Equity Alliance and as Medical Director for the Delaware Vaccine Program with Curative Medical Associates. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Duke University.
