Joshua Bouma

Joshua Bouma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joshua began their career in 2012 as a Theater Technician for Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., where they assisted with props and scenery for performances. In 2013, they joined Studio City Rental as a Warehouse Supervisor, overseeing the shipping and handling of film equipment.

In 2018, Bouma joined Article, initially as a Warehouse Supervisor and later as an Article Delivery Team Supervisor. In these roles, they led and coached teams, developed SOPs, maintained warehouse workflows, and improved inter-department communication. Joshua also took initiative to learn new operating systems and contributed to organizing company events. Bouma's tenure at Article lasted until April 2022.

Currently, Bouma is working as a Warehouse and Transportation Operations Supervisor at Vitalus Nutrition Inc. Their responsibilities include optimizing operational efficiency in shipping, inventory, and customer satisfaction. Joshua focuses on streamlining warehouse operations, achieving operational goals, and ensuring food safety and quality.

Throughout their work experience, Bouma consistently demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Joshua Bouma attended Douglas College from 2010 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Stagecraft and Event Technology.
