Ethan Cohen

Ethan Cohen is the current Senior advisor at Vitalxchange. Ethan has over fifteen years of experience in healthcare and IT services. Ethan was the president of Cohen Consulting LLC from February 2014 to March 2016. During their time there, they served as an Executive-in-Residence for healthcare startups at Cleveland Clinic Innovations and as a Managing Director at Early Stage Partners. Ethan was also the Head of Cleveland Office and Mentor-in-Residence of a non-profit startup accelerator at Bizdom. Prior to that, Ethan Cohen was the CEO of Easy2 Technologies from October 2010 to January 2014. Ethan was recruited to manage an Internet software company after the unexpected passing of its founder. During their time as CEO, they successfully stabilized and grew the business before orchestrating its sale at a premium valuation to Answers, the owner of a top 20 Internet website. Before becoming CEO of Telerad Express in January 2006, Cohen held various positions including President of SPi Healthcare from January 2008 to December 2010 and COO of Franklin & Seidelmann Subspecialty Radiology from January 2005 to December 2006.

Ethan Cohen received their MBA from Harvard Business School in 1986, graduating with distinction (top 10% of class). Ethan also holds a degree in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University.
