Peter Tenute

Peter Tenute has been in the workforce since 2003. Peter began their career as a Tour Manager for The Fully Down/ I Am The Avalanche/ Protest the Hero, where they were responsible for travel coordination, advancing shows, and booking hotels. Peter also worked with promoters, managers, booking agents, and label reps to ensure the bands' day-to-day requirements were taken care of. In 2008, Peter began working for American Apparel as a Stock Manager and Sales Associate, where they were responsible for coordinating intake of stock and ensuring the sales floor was properly supplied. Peter also interviewed and trained individuals to adhere to the growing company policies and was responsible for maintaining the employee schedule and delegating tasks. In 2012, Peter began working for Coast to Coast Trading as a Logistics Coordinator and Manager. In this role, they oversaw all inbound and outbound shipments, invoiced and adjusted freight charges, and understood tariffs to process customs paperwork. Peter also adjusted, monitored, and oversaw inventory as it arrived and departed the warehouse. In 2007, Peter worked as a Production Stage Manager for Cisco Ottawa Bluesfest, where they were responsible for organizing the festival backline to meet the band and crews' requirements, as well as facilitating detailed and cohesive plans for 15-minute changeovers. Since 2018, Peter has been working for Vitaly as a Warehouse Manager, where they oversee the Shipping Department, Receiving Department, Customer Service, and Returns and Exchanges. Peter also schedules shipments for the EU warehouse and arranges freight when necessary.

Peter Tenute attended Carleton University from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Music Industry Education and Human Rights.
