Carol Wylie

Carol Wylie has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Carol'smost recent position is as the Director of Corporate/Foundation Engagements at Vitamin Angels, a role they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Affiliate Instructor at the University of Washington starting in 2017.

Before joining the University of Washington, Carol held various leadership roles at World Vision, a global humanitarian organization. Carol served as the Vice President of Corporate Engagement, where they led the strategy and team execution of business development and Gifts-in-Kind supply chain efforts. Carol also strengthened brand awareness with corporate partners and introduced donor-centric engagement tools. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Gifts-in-Kind, where they directed the GIK Supply Chain and Product Business Development teams. Carol instituted standards and delivered training and support for donated product management and utilization.

Earlier in their career, Carol worked at Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, where they held positions such as Operations Manager and Materials Manager. In these roles, they owned strategic planning and operations for manufacturing and distribution centers and implemented Lean Six Sigma manufacturing improvements.

Carol began their career in the US Army as an Officer.
