Kinga Neagoe

Kinga Neagoe's work experience includes roles in various companies such as Vitamin Software, Oracle, Hewlett-Packard, and Sc.AdelmannCom.SRL. Kinga started working at SC AdelmannCom SRL in 2010 as a Sales Representative before transitioning to the role of Shop Manager at Sc.AdelmannCom.SRL in 2011. Kinga then joined Hewlett-Packard in 2012 as a Special Pricing Manager and later worked as an Order Management Coordinator SEE& Hungary. In 2014, they joined Oracle as a Senior Deal Specialist- EMEA Deal Management, SSC RO& HU Drafting, where they were responsible for processing and invoicing customer orders and providing support in contract interpretation and negotiations. Finally, in 2018, they joined Vitamin Software as an Administrative Operations Manager and later transitioned to the role of Human Resources Specialist.

Kinga Neagoe has a strong educational background in research design, data analysis, sociology, and social sciences. Kinga obtained a Master's degree in Research Design and Data Analysis from Babes- Bolyai University, Cluj Napoca in 2011. Prior to that, they completed a BA+MA degree in Sociology and research in Social Sciences from Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca between 2006 and 2011. In 2010, they also pursued a M.A. degree in Social Sciences from Corvinus University of Budapest. Additionally, Neagoe has two additional certifications: Internal Trainer from Oracle; Deal Management Department, acquired in January 2016 and Lean Six Sigma- White Belt Certification from Hewlett-Packard.
