In 2015, Vlad co-founded QuickGig and served as the Product Development and Project Manager. Vlad then transitioned to the tech industry, working as a Full Stack Developer and DevOps at Convergence Concepts Inc. In 2018, they joined Flow as an API Developer and later became a Teacher Assistant at CodeCore Developer Bootcamp.

In 2018, Vlad co-founded Simple Report and worked as a Co-Founder and Developer until 2021. During this time, they gained experience in software development and played a key role in the company's growth.
