Rashi Mathur is a co-founder of VitaOne, established in August 2023, which specializes in high-quality nutritional supplements based on Functional Medicine principles. Prior to this, Rashi served as a Senior Certified Functional Medicine Coach and Consultant at Ultrawellness from May 2023 to November 2023, and worked as a Functional Medicine Coach and Functional Nutrition & Medicine Coach at Jeevam Health from August 2020 to May 2023. Rashi is recognized as a functional medicine expert through The Institute for Functional Medicine and holds multiple certifications from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy Inc., where training was completed from 2019 to 2020. Rashi also possesses a Bachelor's degree from Sri Venkateswara College at Delhi University.
