Diane Psaras

Diane Psaras has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over several roles and organizations. Diane is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at VITAS Healthcare since October 2018. In this role, they set the strategic direction for the HR function and talent agenda for the business. Prior to this, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer at Healogics, Inc. from October 2014. Here, they led the HR function, developed a clear vision and strategic direction for HR, and acted as a thought partner to the CEO and Executive team. From June 2008 to June 2014, they served as the Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Darden Restaurants, where they aligned people strategies with business objectives and priorities. Before that, they were the Vice President, Global Human Resources at Avery Dennison from August 1994 to June 2008, leading a staff of HR professionals. Diane also held various roles at Avery Dennison, including Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. Diane began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Kaiser Aluminum from May 1992 to July 1994.

Diane Psaras obtained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Rollins College between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Youngstown State University between 1989 and 1991, specializing in Business.
