Jennifer Desmangles

Jennifer Desmangles has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jennifer'smost recent role was as a Senior Regional Human Resource Director at VITAS Healthcare, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director at Coral Shores Behavioral Health from September 2021 to July 2022. Jennifer also held the position of Director of Human Resources at A 1 Roof Trusses from September 2019 to July 2021, where they provided strategic guidance and support to senior leaders and management. Jennifer was also the Director of Human Resources at The Carmelite System, Inc. from February 2017 to September 2019. In addition, they worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Airamid Health Services from December 2013 to July 2016. Further, Jennifer served as the Director of Human Resources at Indian River Medical Center from September 2011 to December 2013, where they oversaw various HR functions and programs. Jennifer also briefly took on the role of Manager of Talent Acquisition at the same organization from September 2011 to January 2012. Prior to their time at Indian River Medical Center, Jennifer was the Human Resources Director at Encore Health Care from 2008 to 2011, where they transformed HR into a strategic business partner. Jennifer Desmangles holds a Juris Masters degree in Employment Law & HR Risk from Florida State University, which they completed from 2021 to 2022. Jennifer also obtained a BBA in HR Management from American InterContinental University from 2005 to 2007, and an AA in Special Needs Education from Broward College from 1995 to 1997. Jennifer also holds the SPHR certification from HRCI. Additionally, they are an Adobe Captivate Specialist certified by Adobe Captivate, achieved in 2019.
