Mark Slobodien

Mark Slobodien has extensive experience in government affairs within the healthcare sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at VITAS Healthcare from May 2021 to June 2025. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Vice President of Government Affairs at the same organization and worked as Director of Government Affairs for the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization from April 2019 to May 2021. Mark holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from The Catholic University of America (2010-2014) and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Lafayette College (2001-2004).
