Marva Adderley-May J.M., ARM, serves as the Director of Risk Management, Casualty Claims, Safety & Corporate Insurance at VITAS Healthcare since February 2014, where the organization is recognized as the largest provider of end-of-life care in the United States. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster/Team Lead at Florida Blue from June 2006 to December 2013, and as Manager of Workers Compensation Claims at First Commercial Insurance from April 2004 to June 2006. Marva holds a Juris Master in Legal Risk Management & HR Compliance from Florida State University College of Law, completed in 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Florida State College at Jacksonville, earned in 2014.
