Meredith Fountain

Meredith Fountain, MSHI, is a skilled IT and clinical support professional with extensive experience in healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Helpdesk IT Analyst at VITAS Healthcare, Meredith provides Tier 1 IT and Electronic Health Record support in a high-volume call center. Previous roles include positions such as ABLE Counselor at Arc Broward, EMR Support Specialist at Banfield Pet Hospital, and Long Term Substitute Teacher in Broward County Schools. With a strong background in training and implementation for EHR systems, Meredith has successfully trained users on Cerner MHS Genesis and led nationwide NextGen EHR implementations at MEDNAX. Meredith holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Informatics from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Trinity International University.
