Mike Medina

Mike Medina is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in network and systems engineering, as well as IT management. Currently serving as a Supervisory Field Support Network System Engineer at VITAS Healthcare since October 2018, Mike oversees IT Field Support and customer service needs while managing issues related to various devices and local servers. Prior to this role, Mike worked as a Senior System Engineer/Administrator at Advance Infrastructure Technologies, offering IT support to numerous companies, including Walt Disney World and Marriott Vacations. As Manager of Information Technology at Citrus Connection, Mike provided leadership in the development of telecom and network systems. Earlier experiences include significant contributions at the NYS Office of Information Technology Services, nfrastructure, and a foundational career as an Aircraft Electrician in the US Navy.
