Yuriy Kovarskiy

Yuriy Kovarskiy is a seasoned Senior Programmer Analyst at Vitas Healthcare, with a tenure beginning in 1999, specializing in enterprise integration solutions utilizing C#, web services, and SQL Server. Prior to this role, Yuriy worked as a Programmer at Deneba Software from 1998 to 1999, contributing to the development of a cross-platform commercial imaging and illustration suite using C and C++. Yuriy holds a Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University - College of Law, obtained between 2004 and 2008, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University, earned from 1994 to 1997.
