Erika Widury has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in notable companies. Erika served as the Director of Sales Marketing at Vitasoy International, where they were responsible for revenue and profitable growth in the SEA region and oversaw product launch development. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of International Expansion at JUUL Labs, leading the expansion into new markets and designing growth strategies. Erika also served as the Business Development Director at The Coca-Cola Company, overseeing the development of business with McDonald's in the APAC region. In addition, Erika held the position of Deputy Modern Trade Director at Coca-Cola Amatil, managing the Modern Trade business in Indonesia. Their earlier experience includes working as a Group Key Account Manager at Kimberly-Clark.
Erika Widury pursued their education in urban planning at the Institut Teknologi Bandung from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree. Erika further enhanced their knowledge in 2020 by taking digital marketing, branding, and engagement courses at Curtin University.
