John Beaver

John Beaver is an experienced training and development professional with a focus on change management, technical training, and organizational transformation in various industries, particularly healthcare. Currently serving as the FX Program Training Lead at the Agency for Health Care Administration since May 2023, John has a track record of championing gamification in training initiatives. Previous roles include Training Developer at VSP Vision, where John designed Salesforce CRM training and managed HIPAA compliance documentation, and Training Lead at the State of Alabama’s Department of Finance, where evaluations and assessments were conducted using established frameworks. John’s expertise in training systems was further demonstrated as International Training Manager at GetixHealth and National Sales Training Manager at Roche Diagnostics, where significant improvements in new hire retention and sales team certifications were achieved.
