Swati Panchal has a comprehensive work experience in the field of human resources. Swati is currently working as the Chief People Officer at Vite HR - Employee Retention and Engagement Platform since January 2021. Prior to this, Swati worked as the Head Of Human Resources at Mother Teresa World School in India from April 2018 to December 2020. Swati also served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Ardor International Pvt. Limited from March 2015 to March 2017, and as a Junior Human Resources Manager at Shreyas Foundation from March 2013 to March 2015. Swati began their career as a Human Resources Associate at Kosol Hiramrut Energies Pvt. Ltd from January 2011 to May 2012.
