Kerstin Anderson

Kerstin Anderson is the current VP of Operations at Vitec. Prior to their current position, they were the Deputy CEO/CFO at IL Recycling from April 2008 to August 2017. During their time at IL Recycling, they were responsible for Business Strategy & Leadership, which included Group functions such as Finance, Business Control, Market Communication, HR, Procurement, Business Intelligence, and Sustainability. Kerstin was also a driver of digital transformation, change management, and innovation. In July 2016, IL Recycling was successfully sold to Stena Recycling. Kerstin was a member of Stena's integration steering group after the acquisition of IL Recycling. From February 2005 to March 2008, they were the Director of Business Application/Partnerships, M&A and integration/Product Portfolio Management at Ericsson. And from April 2001 to January 2005, they were the CEO/President at Ericsson Business Innovation.

Kerstin Anderson has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. Kerstin also has a Digital Innovation & Transformation degree from KTH Executive School and an IFL Executive Management Program degree from the Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education. Additionally, they have a Managing Business Innovation, CHAMPS degree from Chalmers University of Technology and an e-commerce degree from Örebro University.

Kerstin Anderson reports to Olle Backman, CEO. They work with Jerker Vallbo - CIO & CTO, Patrik Fransson - VP, IR Officer, and Gert Gustafsson - COO.
