Natalya Kiyanovska

Natalya Kiyanovska has a diverse background in HR and teaching. Natalya is currently working as the Chief of HR Department at VITech since 2019. Prior to that, they had their own private practice as an HR Consultant and Soft Skills Trainer starting from 2018. In this role, they conducted various trainings and workshops on topics such as stress management, conflict management, time and self-management, and team cooperation. Natalya also provided mentorship and consultancy for HR specialists.

Before their private practice, Natalya worked as a Teacher and Program Manager at HR School in LITS [Lviv IT School] from 2016 to 2021. Natalya was responsible for teaching and managing the program.

In their earlier years, Natalya worked as an HR Department Manager at SoftServe Business Systems from 2010 to 2018. Natalya also served as a Moderator and adult educator at MTM from 2008 to 2010, and as a Teacher of Psychology at Interregional Academy of Personnel Management from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, they gained experience as a Recruiter at the Center of Professional growth "Meandr" from 2007 to 2008.

Natalya Kiyanovska completed their education in a chronological manner. Natalya first obtained a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv from 2002 to 2007. Later on, they pursued a Specialist degree in Moderator and Adult Educator from Nicolaus Copernicus University, studying from 2008 to 2009. Finally, they attended UCU Business School (LvBS) from 2016 to 2018, where they earned another Master's degree, specializing in Human Resource & Organizational Development.
