Roman Mytsa

Roman Mytsa has over 16 years of work experience. Roman is currently working as a Senior Technical Project Manager at VITech since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Delivery Manager at NerdySoft from October 2022 to March 2023. Roman also served as a Program Manager/Senior Project Manager at SoftServe from January 2021 to October 2022. Before that, they worked at Intellias as a Delivery Manager from August 2016 to January 2021. In this role, they were involved in various tasks such as platform quality validation, documentation engineering, CI/CD solutions, release planning, risk management, solution set development, and quality assurance reviews. Additionally, Roman worked as a Project Manager at SoftServe from July 2014 to August 2016, where they were responsible for managing and synchronizing development teams, building support processes, and participating in product design workshops. Roman also served as an Abiliton-PRO Project Coordinator and Technical Project Coordinator during their tenure at SoftServe. In these roles, they established effective teams, managed resources and tasks, conducted research, assessed risks, and designed technical specifications. Roman's early work experience includes serving as a Software Engineer at SoftServe from August 2007 to October 2010, where they worked on short-term projects involving analysis, estimation, feature implementation, bug fixing, and technical consulting.

Roman Mytsa obtained a Master's degree in Nuclear Physics from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, which they attended from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from College of Natural Science, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their educational background, Roman obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate from EXIN in February 2014.
