Varvara Lvova

Varvara Lvova currently serves as Vice President of Solution Delivery at Vitech Systems Group, a position held since April 2004. Throughout a significant organizational transformation, Varvara identified key gaps in delivery consistency and leadership capacity, successfully establishing the Solution Delivery Consulting competency with over 250 team members. This initiative improved execution capabilities and facilitated engagement with C-level leaders to define new operating models and frameworks. Prior roles at Vitech included Senior Director, Head of Solution Delivery Consulting & Methodology, and Director of Solution Delivery & Methodology, where Varvara operationalized SAFe across a large organization and led cross-functional teams in software implementations. Varvara's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at American Management Systems, Inc. Varvara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
