Dheeraj Madhav Reddy Pareddy

Dheeraj Madhav Reddy Pareddy has held various roles in the IT industry since 2007. Dheeraj Madhav Reddy started their career as a Network Administrator at OPL Solutions, where they designed and implemented servers with operating systems such as Microsoft Windows Workstation / Windows 2000 - 7, Server 2003 -2008, Active Directory, Terminal Services, DNS, WINS, DHCP, FTP, MS Application server, VMware, IIS and Exchange 2000-2007. Dheeraj Madhav Reddy also installed and configured server based desktop equipments such as; Compaq, HP, IBM and Dell servers, Linksys and Cisco switches, 1900 series switches 2600 series routers. In 2009, they joined V-Empower Limited as a Sr. VoIP Engineer, where they worked on VoIP PBX server called Voicespeed and configured VoIP phones such as Counterpath Bria, Eyebeam, X-Lite, Swissvoice, Polycom, Grandstreem, Snom, Aastra and Linksys SPA, Linksys ATA and Grandstream. Dheeraj Madhav Reddy also gained experience on servers such as Elastix, Sipxecs and FreePBX. In 2010, they worked as a Network Architect at Yagnaum. In 2011, they joined Unavo Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Network Engineer and Encoretel Limited as a VoIP Design and Support Engineer, where they integrated multiple SIP Servers for billing, auto provisioned a lot of phones to avoid manual configuration effort and trained IT staff of clients to use their services. In 2015, they joined Vitel Global Communications as an IT Manager.
