Michael Joseph has worked in various roles within the sales and customer service industries. Michael began their career in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative at 24/7 Customer Care. In 2014, they joined WizIQ as a Business Development Manager (BDM), where they were responsible for managing and executing daily operations of a sales team, acquiring new business from the Americas, and developing strategies for lead generation. In 2018, they moved to The Cloud Mail Store Inc. as a Business Development Manager, where they helped individual tutors and small- and medium-sized businesses create their own business websites and get discovered online. That same year, they also worked as a Business Development Manager at RedTim, assisting businesses in North and South America to create their own websites. Most recently, they have been working as a Sales Manager at Vitel Global Communications since 2019.
Michael Joseph attended Valerian Grammar High School from 2005 to 2006, and studied SSC during this period.
