Dogan Razon is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, business development, and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Sales and Operations at Vitelco since February 2024, Dogan has previously held significant positions including Chief Operating Officer and Business Development Manager at Ericsson, where responsibilities encompassed managing large teams and driving business development for diverse clients. Dogan co-founded ÇocukluDünya, a digital platform for parents, and led KiraGuru.com, an innovative collaborative consumption platform. With a strong background in management consulting and program management gained at firms such as PA Consulting and Verizon, Dogan holds multiple degrees including an MBA in International Business from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
