Martijn de Vries

Martijn de Vries is currently the HR Analytics lead at Vitens, where responsibility includes transitioning to data-driven HR and coordinating reporting and analysis. Previously, Martijn worked at Randstad as a Senior Accounts Specialist, developing and implementing a staffing agency and professionalizing planning. At Radial Inc., as Project Manager HR Europe, the focus was on improving resource planning and reducing labor costs through various tool implementations. Martijn also held roles as HR Coordinator during a warehouse startup and Project Manager for fundraising at Terwille Verslavingszorg, where a communication strategy was developed. Earlier experience includes advising on internal communication at Landmark Global and serving as Chair of the Board at Happietaria Groningen. Martijn holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Product Design from Windesheim and has completed secondary education at Stenden Assen.
