Rik Thijssen

Rik Thijssen is currently the Director of Business Development & Innovation at Vitens. Rik also holds roles as a Councel Member at SWAN - The Smart Water Networks Forum, a Jury Member at Accenture, and a Member of the Advisory Council at Emerald Technology Ventures. In addition, Rik is a member of the Steering Committee for the IWA Digital Water Programme at IWA International Water Association. With previous experience as a Business Development Manager at TNO Quality of Life, Rik has a strong background in the water industry. Rik has pursued further education at various institutions such as INSEAD, AOG School of Management, and Nyenrode Business University.
