Rachael Stidwill

Rachael Stidwill (Walker) is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager at Viterra Australia since May 2021, Rachael has effectively transitioned the HR functions following the rebranding of Glencore Agriculture. Previously, Rachael held HR leadership roles since 2011 across various positions within Viterra and Glencore Agriculture. Responsibilities included providing strategic HR advice, embedding people management skills, and overseeing operational HR functions. Earlier career experience includes HR advisory roles at Elders Limited and Elders Rural Services, focusing on remuneration analysis, policy development, and change management. Rachael’s educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and dual degrees in Law and Human Resources from The University of Waikato.
