Currently serving as Vice President of Business Division Quality at Schaeffler since October 2024, David oversees global quality responsibilities for the Specialty Business Division. Previously, David held multiple leadership roles at Vitesco Technologies from November 2019, including Head of Quality for Contract Manufacturing and Engineering & Manufacturing Services, and Head of Quality for the Aftermarket & Non-Automotive Business Units, focusing on quality management and compliance. Prior experience includes a managerial role at 大陆集团 from June 2010 to November 2019, where David led new product launch projects and process engineering initiatives. David Xia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Science and Technology from Tongji University, awarded in 2009.
